My own journey in the fitness industry began with my own weight loss and fitness training in the year 2000 after having my daughter. During which time I attended the gym regularly to keep fit, lose weight and increase my overall well being. This seemed to be a complete struggle because I felt lost and didn’t know what to do to achieve my weight loss and fat loss goals. So my passion for health and fitness grow because I wanted to help myself and help other women to think and feel better with themselves whilst achieving their weight loss and fitness goals. This lead to me taking steps to become a fitness and weight loss coach. I love exercise programs that emphasize functional strength training, core strength, and high intensity interval training. To educate and explaining what you’re doing and why, with the hope that people gain the confidence to workout independently is my overall objective. Thinking and feeling good about yourself creates the foundation for a positive lifestyle. I uphold the belief that taking a holistic approach when working with people helps to increase fitness, nutrition and attitude in order to support and obtain the goal.
