Yoga has been an important and integral part of my life and continues to be a source of inspiration. I’m also a teacher of  Pilates and Tai Chi. I find what I teach I can use in my everyday life.Yoga gives my body, as well as, my mind a great workout which keeps me focused in everyday life.

In 2007, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Course at the Chi Yoga school in Windsor, London, where I had been studying Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Chi Gung. I was invited back to mentor and teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Tai Chi on the course. In 2009 i went to the home of Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India to deepen my Ashtanga practice. currently, I can be found teaching Power yoga; Ashtanga yoga, Hot yoga and Pilates in health clubs and gyms in Central London.
