I’m qualified level 3 personal trainer with passion for all crazy obstacle races and hiking.
I focus on functional training, weight loss, conditioning and core strength.
I teach about 20 classes a week including high intensity interval training, ABS classes, spinning, body conditioning just to name few.
If you see me around I’m generally jumping, running or throwing kettlebells around.
