I am Dave they call me “Kick Dee” as I am passionate
about my Kickboxing and Thai Boxing Sport.
I have been a Trainer for over 20 years and have taken
part in various Tournaments and hold several titles such

  • Middleweight European Kick Boxing Champion

My Training Sessions varies but focus on getting the best out of oneself both physically and
mentally. At the start of each class, I engage all to participate in stretching exercises with aerobic
warm-ups. We then work-out on heavy pads with drills – all under supervision, followed on
with general exercises consisting of press-up, squats, sit ups – amongst others.
Benefits include toned body muscle definition; the strengthening of the body and mind from the
high powered exercise routines which goes on to decrease stress, tone reflexes while increasing
endurance and cardiovascular power. Students learn great self-defence and if desired lose weight.
Interaction is highly encouraged and all train at their own pace.
