The class is open to anybody beginner to advanced who wish to improve their joints mobility, muscle flexibility, spine articulation , deep core and overall muscles strength, balance and posture.
It’s a full body workout meaning to rebalance the entire body, recruiting muscles that may have not been used before. It also enhances good breathing technique awareness and good alignment. It helps the body to move more efficiently with daily tasks, and to relieve pains from old injuries and misalignment.
The class may include balancing, stretching, strengthening exercises with the use of props.
