Sharon has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and has practiced many forms of yoga.
Sharon is a qualified yoga teacher accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. She has trained and attended workshops with many renowned teachers including Guruji, Christina Karitinos-Ireland, John Scott, Richard Freeman, Aadil Palkhivala, David Williams, Tias Little and John Evans.
Her teaching is strongly influenced by the strength and dynamic flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and her classes vary from led Ashtanga to traditional Hatha styles. In her classes, she has a hands on approach and teaches with compassion and a sense of humour. Sharon places a significant emphasis on the breath and works to encourage her students to marry movement and breath to create stillness and peace. She endeavours to create a safe environment for the students to explore and enjoy their practice whatever level they are at.
