Li Leng

Hi, I’m Li-Leng and I’m a REPs Level 3 Advanced Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.  I have been within the Health and Fitness industry for almost 10 years training clients of all ages and teaching a variety of fitness classes that include: Pilates, body conditioning, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Senior Fitness etc.

In my spare time, I am a keen runner and I am also studying to be an Osteopath.
