New to Southbank club HOT YOGA classes are being taught in a heated studio space (28-30 degrees C).
The studio has just enough heat to help your muscles warm up quicker, but not so much that it is uncomfortable to be active. The warmth allows you to get into your stretches much deeper and safer.
It also encourages your body to sweat more which helps getting rid of toxins.
Things to remember:
- Please bring your yoga mat, towel and remember to stay hydrated. You will be able to rent a towel at the reception for a small fee
- Please turn off mobile phones
- Wear clothing that is light, comfortable and supportive
- Please observe complete silence in the studio as for many students yoga is their only quiet time of the day
- Refrain from wearing perfume or scented oils in class as people may have allergies
- Make sure you arrive on time. Late comers will not be permitted in order to respect other during their practice
