It’s a comprehensive exercise system guided by breath aiming to engage the deepest core muscles, to release back tensions and to achieve  a general understanding  of body alignment and mind awareness. The class may include Yoga postures such as downward-facing dog, warriors , balancing poses, dynamic stretching, as well as strengthening exercises with the use of props (blocks, therapy balls, magic circles.)

It’s a full body  conditioning body work-out as well as soothing mind.

As well as holding a FIFA certificate in bodybuilding, he completed an Asthanga yoga teacher training course in India.
