Kick Fit class starts with stretching exercises and aerobic warm up. You would then move on to pad work with kickboxing drills – all under supervision, followed on with general conditioning exercises consisting of press-ups, squats, sit ups – amongst others.
Benefits include toned body muscle definition and if desired – weight loss; the strengthening of the body and mind from the high powered exercise routines which goes on to decrease stress, tone reflexes while increasing endurance and cardiovascular power.

My Training Sessions varies but focus on getting the best out of oneself both physically and
mentally. Students learn great self-defence and if desired lose weight.
Interaction is highly encouraged and all train at their own pace.
